Founded eight years ago by Dr. Noah Lindenberg, the practice has grown thoughtfully while remaining grounded in the values it was built upon.
“As we've grown, our focus has remained the same: combining the highest standard of oncology care with the warmth of a community practice. Every member of our team understands that behind every diagnosis is a person, a family and a story, and every patient deserves to be treated as an individual,” says Dr. Lindenberg.
In addition to Dr. Lindenberg, the team includes nurse practitioner Agata Kraszewska, APN, who has worked alongside him for many years and helped shape the practice's culture. Joining the practice this year are Dr. Brian Calabrese, DO, whose wealth of experience strengthens the physician team, and nurse practitioner Scarlin A. Rhoades, NP, whose clinical expertise and compassionate approach further enhance patient care. Together with a dedicated team of nurses, infusion specialists, medical assistants, and administrative professionals, the practice's continued growth reflects its commitment to thoughtful expansion while preserving the warm, family-centered environment patients have come to know and trust.
The practice also offers care in multiple languages, with Agata fluent in Polish and Scarlin fluent in Spanish, helping patients communicate more comfortably throughout their care.
“The staff is so involved in patient care that they even call patients while they're in the hospital to make sure they understand what's happening, which is something I've never seen in 25 years of practice,” says Dr. Calabrese. “What stood out to me was how every member of the team genuinely knows and cares about the patients. That level of compassion and teamwork is rare, and it's one of the reasons I was excited to join the practice.”

“We know cancer affects everyone who loves and supports our patients. Their loved ones are an important part of the care team, and we're here for them because a strong support system makes a meaningful difference,” says Dr. Lindenberg.

“When you come to a private practice rather than a hospital-owned system, it has a much more homey, family feel,” says Dr. Calabrese.
“Every treatment plan begins with understanding each patient's diagnosis, medical history, overall health and personal goals before recommending the approach that offers the best possible outcome,” adds Dr. Lindenberg. “Questions are always encouraged because understanding a diagnosis is an important part of healing.”
The practice offers advanced treatments, including genomic testing, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and precision medicine tailored to each patient.
“Every recommendation we make is grounded in the latest clinical evidence, but it's equally important that the treatment fits the person sitting in front of us,” says Dr. Lindenberg.

“One of the unique aspects of oncology is caring for patients over months—and often years. We come to know our patients and their families. Sometimes it's celebrating remission or hearing the words, ‘There's no evidence of disease.’ Other times it's simply helping someone feel hopeful or being there when they need us most.”
