The past two years have marked a defining chapter in Ashley’s career, as her father entrusted her with leading the Ray Moorhouse Real Estate Group. But her leadership was years in the making.
For 19 years, she worked alongside her father, Ray Moorhouse, a well-regarded realtor in the area for more than 35 years. During that time, she helped shape the team’s systems, strategy and client experience.
After nearly two decades on a top-producing boutique team that has closed over 1,300-plus homes, Ashley now leads the business she helped build, carrying it forward with her own vision while her father proudly cheers her on from the sidelines.
