The Matteo team is not only passionate about what they do—they are passionate about how they do it, always focusing on meeting the unique needs of each customer. “We begin every design project with a free in-person consultation to share ideas, troubleshoot potential issues and get a feel for the customer’s space and style,” says Steve Mateo. “It’s an essential first step in building a relationship and showing our commitment.
“We truly know the products we sell and how they should be used. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions,” he adds. “For example, a customer might like the look of a cabinet but we know it might not be right for a bathroom where there is a lot of moisture. We educate them and guide them in another direction. Matteo’s expertise, combined with a deep understanding of current trends and materials help customers make informed, lasting choices.”
