What’s New for Fall at Paul VI
At Paul VI, students know that the only constant is change!

Ms. Tracy’s in charge. If you know, you know. But for those who don’t … following the retirement of our beloved Ms. Marie, the dining hall kitchen will now be run by Paul VI legend-in-the-making, Ms. Tracy.  Already famous for making chicken salad that’s better than your mom’s (it’s a bit of a sore point) and broadening the PVI student palate to include paella and jerk chicken, Ms. Tracy will return to 1,100 students who literally line up to see what she’s going to do next.

In the TV studio, it’s Schue time! Key in the design of our TV studio renovation, communications instructor Ricky Schue coordinated a broadcast space that features an enormous wall of blue screen, brand new mobile workstations that keep the floor plan flexible and a professional set that looks every bit as good as the news the anchors will deliver each day.

Making the library louder. While the Learning Media Center is still a dedicated study and research space, its purpose has been expanded with the installation of a new sound system.  Coupled with the 90-inch monitor that was added last year, the media center now boasts multi-media presentation capabilities. Good news for the AP Research students, whose sound thesis work will literally sound better!

Yep, that tracks. At Paul VI, the trophy case and championship banners have always heavily featured running sports, so a new track seemed only fair. Surrounding the school’s main playing field, the brand-new composite surface is sure to put Paul VI runners on the fast track to more championships.
