Tina Moore believes that lasting transformation begins with the willingness to ask for help, a step that can feel overwhelming yet is profoundly powerful. Having spent nearly two decades in active addiction, Tina knows what it means to lose everything she once cherished, a journey of rebuilding her life that has given her deep empathy and insight. She now uses that emotional enrichment to support others on their path to healing.

She also understands that true healing requires more than just willpower: It demands honest introspection, authentic vulnerability and the courage to create new habits. Tina, a Marlton native, draws on both professional expertise and personal experience to guide others in finding their own path to resilience and growth.

In addition to having worked as a substance abuse counselor, Tina has reclaimed her life by embracing deeper emotional healing and discovering the power of nervous system regulation. Now, through her holistic coaching practice Mindfully Evolve, she helps others find balance, purpose and empowerment in their own journeys.

“My vision for Mindfully Evolve is to create a space where women feel supported, seen and empowered in their own healing journey,” Moore explains. “I know firsthand what it’s like to feel disconnected and overwhelmed. So many women live in survival mode for a variety of reasons, whether it's tied to recovery, trauma or life stressors. My goal is to help women cultivate self-awareness and become resourced, so they are better equipped to handle stressors and reconnect with themselves.”

Her own path to what she calls an “Unbottled Life” taught her the importance of learning to face emotions without numbing or avoidance. While Mindfully Evolve is dedicated to holistic coaching for anyone seeking deeper self-connection, Unbottled Life is Tina’s personal passion project, a sacred space specifically for those in recovery.

“I’m creating a community within Unbottled Life that feels like a safe haven for women navigating recovery,” Tina shares. “It’s deeply personal to me, and I want it to be a space where women feel understood, valued  and connected.”

Tina’s work emphasizes self-awareness and cultivating vagal resilience—a reference to the parasympathetic nervous system’s vagus nerve and its role in the body’s ability to respond calmly and effectively to challenges and changes—helping individuals build the skills and capacity needed to manage stress and navigate life’s difficulties with greater ease. While she integrates practices that support emotional balance and the nervous system, her primary goal is to empower clients to feel more grounded and resourced in their everyday lives.

“It all starts in the body,” Tina notes. “Women often come to a session unsure of what’s bothering them, just knowing that something feels off. Through my own experience, I’ve learned that our body is always sending us signals—whether it’s headaches, anxiety, or tension. Learning to cultivate self-awareness, befriend those emotions and listen to what they’re communicating with us is essential for deeper healing.”

While Tina values being transparent in sharing her story so others feel less alone, she also believes vulnerability has a powerful way of inviting others to connect authentically. By creating a safe space for clients to express themselves openly, she personalizes her approach to meet them where they are.

Looking ahead, Tina is expanding her work with Mindfully Evolve by creating an e-book and educational material to make her tools more accessible. Additionally, she is working on a book about her personal journey and a daily devotional, both of which reflect her commitment to sharing her experiences and offering inspiration to others.

Whether it’s through her coaching work or walking alongside others on their recovery journey, Tina is dedicated to helping women create meaningful change and build a life they truly love.

“I want to help women recognize that healing isn’t just about overcoming the past—it’s about building a future that resonates with your values, brings you joy and feels authentically yours,” she says. “Sobriety wasn’t just about quitting alcohol: It was about learning how to exist in the world with presence, purpose and deeper self-trust.”
