Experienced Help with a Personal Touch
The law firm of Trabosh & Trabosh strives for client satisfaction.

by Peter Proko

When a person suffers a significant accident or personal injury, it can have a profound effect on their physical, mental and emotional well-being. And while dealing with any associated pain and suffering can be difficult enough to contend with, trying to find the right legal representation can only add to the stress of the matter.

Here in South Jersey, the law firm of Trabosh & Trabosh understands these issues wholeheartedly, thanks to its more than four decades of combined legal experience protecting the rights of those injured in accidents. The father-and-son team of Nicholas and Ryan Trabosh have recovered millions of dollars for their clients while also routinely exceeding expectations by offering personalized attention and enthusiasm to serve each one’s best interests.

“We empathize with [our clients] and we fight hard for them because we know how devastating a personal injury and/or a workman’s compensation case can be on them and their families,” says Nicholas, who started the firm in 1985.

Ryan joined the firm in 2003 after graduating from the University of Virginia and Villanova Law School. He clerked with Camden County Superior Court Judge the Honorable Charles Little.  Ryan stated a big advantage of dealing with a smaller firm is that “you’ll be able to deal with one of us directly, and that helps for us to have that personal relationship with a client.”

Thanks to that catered approach and years of experience, Trabosh & Trabosh has also been able to build meaningful relationships with the insurance industry. “I think our credibility and reputation lead the way for us,” says Ryan. “We are straight shooters and we get great results.”

But at Trabosh & Trabosh, client satisfaction goes well beyond record settlements. For both Nicholas and Ryan, it’s about working with clients every step of the way to make sure they are both informed and included as part of the process. The attention to detail they provide has often led clients to send heartfelt notes of appreciation for helping them navigate a difficult journey.

“It’s great seeing satisfied clients who have good things to say about us. That’s certainly rewarding,” says Nicholas, who adds how special it is when they refer the firm to others in times of need.

“It’s definitely a big compliment when someone trusts us enough to recommend us to family and friends, and hopefully we can get a good result for them as well.”

And while Trabosh & Trabosh’s results very well speak for themselves, both Nicholas and Ryan strongly advise any potential client to do their own homework so that they can feel comfortable making the right hire.

“It’s important to call and ask questions. Everyone who calls us doesn’t always have a case with us, but we can give them some objective, honest advice that will hopefully satisfy them even if we don’t take on their case,” says Ryan.

“Whoever you hire, you should really sit down with them and get to know them personally,” adds Nicholas. “Not just their staff, but the attorney. And you should feel comfortable reaching out to your attorney no matter how small you think the question may be. … Some people feel a rift between them and their law firm because they are not talking to attorneys. My paralegals are excellent, but they can talk to them as well as me.”

As Trabosh & Trabosh continues to evolve, the firm remains steadfast on its commitment to bring a familial approach to working with its clients.

“You have to have trust with your attorney so we want to make sure they know that we are looking out for their best interests. It’s important to look your client in the eye and make sure they are comfortable. It’s the personal touch [that we offer],” Ryan affirms.

“We know who our clients are, we know who their families are, we know what their problems are, and we fight like heck to try and get them the best result. I get a personal satisfaction out of helping people and we are giving our heart and soul to our clients,” says Nicholas.
