In a turbulent real estate market that many folks are finding difficult to navigate, First Montgomery Group (FMG) continues to roll out the welcome mat for South Jersey residents eager to end the search and find their dream home.

Founded almost 40 years ago by Richard Haydinger II, and now led by his sons Michael and Richard III, FMG is a diversified real estate organization headquartered in Haddon Township that serves as a builder, developer, owner and property manager of real estate holdings in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

One of its newest and most exciting properties is Enclave at Woodcrest Station, a luxury rental community in Cherry Hill that offers upscale amenities to a wide range of residents. Opened this past March, Enclave is conveniently located within walking distance of the PATCO Woodcrest Station, making it an ideal spot for those who commute to Philadelphia or Camden for either work or school. Of course, I-295 and the New Jersey Turnpike are also just minutes away, providing easy access to other metro areas like Trenton, Wilmington and New York City.

Once residents return home, they can relax in their brand-new, lavish units, or take advantage of the many on-site features that were carefully selected based on FMG’s extensive industry experience.

“We wanted to take what we found to be important to the residents at our other properties and include them here,” says Samantha DiJosie, Marketing Manager. “For example, a lot of our properties are dog-friendly, so we have a ‘Pup Scrub’ in two of our buildings here. If you take your dog for a walk and he gets a little messy, you can take him for a bath and you’re good to go before you go back to your apartment. Little things like that make a big difference.”

Other standouts at Enclave will make residents feel like they’re on a permanent vacation, including the 9,000-square-foot clubhouse situated in the heart of the community, which faces a resort-style swimming pool. Inside, there is a community space available for rent, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a cardio room, and a full-sized game room.

“There are also work-from-home spaces with complimentary Wi-Fi that people can use,” says Kristy Fortino, Marketing Director. “There are so many people who work from home now, and sometimes they just don’t want to use their own space. These spaces come with printer access as well.”

The property has other amenities that foster camaraderie among the residents, such as the lounge areas with firepits and grilling stations. Fans of one of the fastest-growing sports in America—pickleball—can play on multiple on-site courts, and there is also a bocce court and another outdoor gaming area.

“Everything is one place, and you’re not necessarily going to have to go outside of the community to do a lot of the things you would want to do on a day-to-day basis,” DiJosie says. “You can play pickleball, swim in the pool, and the gym is right there, which is huge for a lot of people. Especially during a time when things are getting more expensive, it’s nice to have the convenience right there, as opposed to having to pay $10 to $75 a month for a gym membership.”

Enclave has four layout options to choose from: an exceptional one-bedroom and three unique two-bedroom units. Each apartment is equipped with white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, private balconies or patios, and full-sized washers and dryers. Plank flooring and recessed lighting is found throughout, and the bedrooms have ceiling fans and ample closet space.

“Even the second bedroom has a walk-in closet, which is a big deal for people who want or need that room,” Fortino says.

Select units have en-suite bathrooms, and there is plenty of on-site parking along with the option to rent a private garage, for a car or extra storage space. There are also many electric car charging stations on the property.

FMG also has availability at its four other South Jersey locations: The Village at Voorhees, 202 Park in Cherry Hill, Village Square in Mount Holly and The Courtyard in Edgewater Park.

All offer a modern, comfortable living experience just like Enclave, which is minutes away from great shopping and restaurants in Voorhees and Haddonfield and is a welcoming spot for all types of residents.

“We have young professionals, grad students and retirees looking to downsize,” DiJosie says. “These are also perfect starter homes for young families. It’s just a wonderful community.”
