The addition of Bulleit Bourbon takes the ordinary amaretto sour and gives it added depth that a true cocktail lover can appreciate.

THE PERFECT PEAR - Kaminski's, Cherry Hill

Elderflower liqueur gives some fragrance to this vodka-based cocktail also made with fresh lime juice and ginger ale and garnished with a fresh pear slice.

SMOKED OLD FASHIONED - The Local, Mount Holly

Water is put into a smoker, then frozen into a large cube to help add a depth of flavor and a clever twist to this classic cocktail.
