Good Eats
Fill up at the Cape May Beer and Crab Festival. This all-day event embraces everything that’s wonderful about the Jersey Shore, with the best of local summer seafood, produce and more at your fingertips, then wash it all down with regional craft beers from the Cape May, Tuckahoe, and Victory Brewing companies. Live music, crafts and vendors are also on hand to add more local flare to round off this quintessential summer day. High Flying
Keep your eyes to the sky for the AC Airshow. This year’s performance, called “Thunder Over the Boardwalk,” features demonstrations from legendary flight teams, including the U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team, Geico Skytypers, U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, and solo routines by military and civilian pilots. With maneuvers, death-defying stunts and formations flying 15,000 feet above your head, you’ll be glad you’re watching from the Shore. Hoop Dreams
Who hasn’t heard of the world famous Harlem Globetrotters? Bring the family for a must-see experience, as these kings of the court defy gravity in a classic show full of stunts and tricks they have popularized for decades. Fine Dining
One of the highlights of the summer for South Jersey foodies remains Tropicana’s annual Taste of the Quarter, and now in its fifth year, it’s expected to be bigger and better then ever. Here, guests can sample signature dishes from restaurants all along the coast, including Tropicana’s Cuba Libre and The Palm, and Carmine’s of New York; all served up by local radio, television and news personalities.
