Fire’s offerings from their Carpaccio, Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, and Poke Bowls to their specialty rolls, like the Fire Rainbow Roll & Calikatsu, have quickly become all the rage!
Along with FIRE’s large menus and large portions, when it comes to their bars, they build them only one way—large! It’s become a mainstay of the brand. Folks enjoy the comfortable, social atmosphere, the flat screen TVs, and many drink menu favorites such as the Espresso Martini, Lavender Martini and Italian Margarita. FIRE also offers an assortment of rotating and seasonal taps, wine selections, and spirits.

“We do host a lot of special events like bridal showers and other big parties,” says LaScala, “and our menus sport different tiers which allow our customers to pretty much do what they want - we go anywhere from a cocktail to full-service.” LASCALA’S FIRE offers on-site event spaces perfect for corporate parties, anniversaries, birthdays, showers, and so much more! “We’ve also provided off-site catering,” LaScala said, “for almost every type of event I can think of!”
