Accident Victim Was Instructor
A South Jersey woman has now been identified as one of two people killed in a parachuting accident on Monday.
Sara Loshe, 23, was an experienced skydiver who died in the tragic mishap in the sky over the Cross Keys Airport in Monroe Township in Gloucester County. Loshe and Ron Samac, 33, from Florida, were about 150 feet from the ground when they collided during a jump. Their chutes became entwined and the two were declared dead on the scene.
Four other people have died in jumps sponsored by Freefall Adventures, which has operated at Cross Keys Airport for more than 20 years.
Loshe started skydiving when she was first legally able to do so five years ago.
"She loved life, like I said. And she loved skydiving. She is with the Lord. She was a born again Christian. So she is in heaven. She's flying now as an angel," said Sandy Loshe, Sara's mother.
"What a dynamic girl. She was determined to squeeze all she could out of life and lived life, as we say, on the edge, but not in a negative sense. Just a very great, just a beautiful girl," said the Rev. Brian Donnachie.

Sara was born in the tiny community of Bridgeport, N.J., and lived there all of her life. It was her father who got her interested in skydiving.
"It ain't really hit me yet. But she loved parachuting that much. Hey, she died doing, loving, and loving what she did," said Chuck Loshe, Sara's brother.
Freefall Adventures is where Loshe first skydived and she fell so much in love with it that she wanted to work there. Her friends said they were deeply shaken.
Loshe's mother said she was nervous about her daughter's job but did not want to prevent her from doing what she loved.
"I prayed for her all the time," Sandy Loshe said.
