Flyers Fanfare
The Philadelphia Flyers will be holding an open practice for the public at Boardwalk Hall this month. This will be the first time since 1982 the entire team will be making an appearance together in Atlantic City. Tickets to the practice are free but required. Holiday Happening
Don’t miss this year’s Christmas Arts & Crafts festival in Ocean City. Snow Celebration
Avalon’s Snowfest Saturday is a new event for visitors of all ages. The festival will offer a variety of holiday-themed activities, including a 24-foot rock wall, Snowfest Express train rides, games, and an “iceless” ice skating rink. The carnival event will also give visitors the opportunity to take snow globe portraits and enjoy toasty treats. Wanda Sykes
Comedian, writer, and actress, Wanda Sykes, will appear at the Borgata this month. In 1999, Sykes won an Emmy for Outstanding Writing for a Variety, Music, or Comedy Special for her work on The Chris Rock Show. She has appeared in several movies, and on several comedy specials and television shows, including her own shows, Wanda at Large, Wanda Does It, and The Wanda Sykes Show. Also named one of the 25 funniest people in America by Entertainment Weekly, this show is one you won’t want to miss. Theresa Caputo
